AThe Brief Introduction of the System
By using optics image technology, color spectrum analyses technology, infrared temperature measurement technology , computer image analyses and process technology synthetically, Model SU-GL Rotary Kiln Hi-Temp Video Analyses System solves the key technology’s problem about video imaging, system cooling, automatic control, image analyses temperature measurement in the conditions of high temperature, high dust and high corrosion. The object inside the kiln can be observed clearly and the real-time temperature can be calculated. This system can be used in power boilers, kilns, furnaces and incinerators. It can be used in the profession of metallurgy, building materials and light industry.

CThe composition of the system
The system is composite of the infrared hi-temp image forming device, the automatic turnover control device and the video image analyses system mainly. 
aThe Infrared Hi-Temp Image Forming Device
The system uses the ultra width dynamic camera that has very high resolution. It can get very clear image of the movement situation of the burning material, the particle size and the flame profile under the condition of the glare or the reversed light. The system uses pin-hole lens with blue light filter. It can observer the intense decadent light in the kiln and the image is the more clear. The aperture of lens is adjusted automatically. The lens can adjust clarity automatically according to the change of the temperature. It can ensure getting very clear image of the movement situation of the burning material, the particle size and the flame profile when the change of the temperature is very big .  
bThe Automatic Turnover Control Device
In order to convenient using for user, the enter and withdrawal of the probe can be controlled in the work scene or in the control room. When the temperature inside the housing of the camera is above the upper limit(normally 50) or the air pressure is below 0.3Mpa or the power is off, this device sound the alarm. The device withdraw from the kiln automatically. There is three indicator light in the control box. One light indicates to the upper temperature. One light indicates to the low air pressure. One light indicates to the power off. After the device automatically withdraw from the kiln, the correspondence alarm light become on.
cThe Video Image Analyses System
The system can display image, record image, store image, retrieval image, playback image and analyses image. The system can record the change of the temperature in any time, too. By using the most recent development image analysis technology, the operator can observe the image inside the kiln intuitively and observe the change of the temperature directly.
This system is based on special-purpose10-bits image card analyses technology, Stefan-Boltzmann law and Planck law. The software is based on Windows XP. According to Stefan-Boltzmann law and Planck law, the temperature and the energy in a enclosed region have certain relations. Through measuring the sending out energy of the object can measure the temperature of the object.
This system can calculate the temperature of any point in selected zone real-timely. This system can display distributed-condition of the temperature inside the kiln. The operator can observer distributed-characteristic of the temperature intuitively. Using three-dimensional technology, the system can display temperature distribution by the way of block diagram. The system can record the change of the temperature, too. The operator can inquiry the history data if required.
